SK2 Modules
Spam Karma 2 (SK2) contains built-in plugins (”modules”) which may be turned on or off if necessary. It also works with other third-party modules. Generally speaking, adding a new module is as easy as dropping its file into sk2/sk2_plugins/, and possibly configuring it in SK2’s General Settings admin screen.
Built-in Modules
- User Level
- Blacklist
- Javascript Payload
- Encrypted Payload
- Link Counter
- Stopwatch
- Entities Detector
- Snowball Effect
- TrackBack Referrer Check
- Post Age and Activity
- Captcha Check
- Anubis
These plugins, although packaged in the standard SK2 distribution, are maintained by third-party developers:
Third Party Modules
- Akismet Plugin (beta version): Uses Akismet to enhance SK2’s scoring mechanism. You need a WP API Key to use this plugin
- Moderate Plugin: Enforces some of the main WordPress Administration Panel settings:
- “An administrator must approve the comment (regardless of any matches below)”
- “Comment author must have a previously approved comment”
- Blank Comments Plugin: Plugin that spanks any comments that don’t have a comment body. Is the plugin used in the SK2 API documentation.
- SK2-WP-Cache-Compatibility plugin: Fix the problem that when you’re using SK2 along with WP-Cache, cache won’t flush when comments are made.

I very much appreciate this plugin. But I miss one feature: Preventing spammers from registering at my blog.
As it is now, even if they register, their comments are being caught by SK2 so in that sense all is well. But I’d prefer my user database not be cluttered by spammer registrations and having to tidy it up all the time.
I am not a programmer, so would be very grateful if someone could solve this one.
Thanks!

You do not need a module for that: this can be done by simply disabling the ‘allow guest registration’ option in WP’s settings.

Is there a way to export all the blacklisted IP’s so we can share with others Spam IP’s to block them?
also a way to add the IP’s in this text file.
I’ve been doing this manually but i believe there is a better and faster way to do it through SQL, but don’t know how to do like a wordpress plugin kinda-way.

That WP Cache module is a life-saver. I was having tons of spam problems, along with slow page loading. Now, both are essentially sorted.
I just wish there was a way to get SK2 to work with WP SuperCache.
